I tried several times today to do transfers of funds between three different accounts (paying bills for military son) and keep getting an error "Transaction processing failed to debit: The current available balance could not be found..". Never had that before, regardless of the day of the week. Odd. Balances show for all accounts. Kinda has me concerned.
*EDIT: The transactions just went thru (11:30pm CST)..
Husband and I went shopping and the first store we bought a small amount. So rather than break a $100 bill, he used his debit card. It said 'declined' when the transaction didn't go through. He said, 'I'll have to check into what happened to that last $80 I had in there because I know it was there.' I said, 'See, it's Biden. They've already cleaned out your account. At least they didn't get much.' Everyone in the store looked at me as if I had 3 heads.
had Chase bank deny me a $500 withdrawal at an ATM earlier
There were no problems at mybank. It is a smaller bank with only 150 branches.
Tomorrow first thing I am moving the bulk of my money into a credit union.
Dasting 🤔
The new term is "inbailed" -- as in "my account balance was inbailed by the bank."
Just pulled $500 from Chase drive-thru ATM. No issues. The ATM was at an actual branch.
I don't know. I put in an order last night for some silver/gold with an e-check. I'm waiting to see if it clears sometime this week.
I think the circuits are super duper busy.
What bank?
Southern Bank
Wells Fargo has been having problems. Is that the bank?
No, Southern Bank in SW MO.
Another Bank closed by Feds in NY. This time they are claiming it was preemptive.
