Arkansas Revenue Bond Authority had transfered all the records to this location from what I heard. I also heard this was the location where all of our Gulf War troops suffering from Gulf War Syndrome had their medical records stored. Apparently Gulf War Syndrome is a very real thing that our government did not want to pay for.
