This! Trump is literally telling us what is going to happen before it happens. How could anyone doubt there's a plan?!
They are still NPCs thinking they are awake. They rather have the Clintons arrested immediately at the cost of derailing the plan. At best they are babies crying thinking they are awake, at worst they are on the side of KM mafia unknowingly.
