POTUS is 100% insulated - any discussion suggesting he’s even a target is false.

#4. I'd tend to agree, when higher up white hats start getting arrested, anything can happen. Hopefully something will come up that will prevent this.

I think this was true during his time in office, and when Q was active. But I don't see any reason to believe this is true until perpetuity.
