In what may seem like a strange action in the nation that gave birth to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, some lawmakers in Israel are now looking to send Christians to prison for sharing the Gospel of Jesus in their country.
Legislation has been introduced by Knesset Members Moshe Gafni and Yaakov Asher, two ultra-Orthodox members of Benjamin Netanyahu's coalition government, seeking to toss people in prison for spreading the Good News of eternal life offered by the Son of God.
The proposed law makes it illegal to share Christian messages in conversation in person, online, as well as in print or by email.
Violators would be imprisoned for a year, with the punishment doubled to two years if believers are witnessing to someone under the age of 18.

We have some messianic Jews that attend our church and they reached out to this group a while back and this group actually came to play at our church. Awesome stuff. I can't remember there name atm

F**k the Ashkenazis! Study how they treated the Sephardic Jews when they took over Palestine. They rejected their messiah,Jesus, and now want to reject all Christians. Please remember that the Jews (tribe of Judah) are 1/12th of God's chosen people. The remainder of the tribes are spread throughout the world and many, if not all, are Christians. That is why Paul was told to spread the gospel to the Gentiles. By spreading the word to the Gentiles, God would remain true to his covenant to Isreal (the 12 tribes).
Our church agreed to do service but no proselytizing in Israel/ Jerusalem… long time ago, bc it’s insulting. (I guess)

Instead, preach Ps. 2, 8, 16, 22, 110; Isaiah 52:13 through Isaiah 53 and the New Covenant from Jeremiah 31:31-34 and Ezekiel 36:27. My guess is that the Jews already know who Jesus is. Let them see Him from their own Scriptures. Let them connect the dots.
