Carter Page was a CHS for the CIA. The document stating this that the CIA sent to the FBI was changed by Kevin Clinesmith and the reason Clinesmith was convicted. Carter Page was working in Russia as a CHS for the CIA, everyone knew it and they still pushed Carter Page as link from Trump to Russia in the FISA warrant. Think the FISA Judge was friend of Peter Stroczk, Judge Contreras.

Look at the date of Pages text to Stroczk concerning 'Rudy'. July 25, 2016. Six days before Crossfire Hurricane officially was opened. They were obviously in an operational planning stage for their 'insurance policy'.

Now it would shock me, fall over and convulse shock me, if Carter Page wasnt tasked by the FBI and CIA to infiltrate the Trump campaign for the exact purpose of opening a FISA against him.
This plan worked and it didnt. Page never got close to Trump or his campaign but they did get thier FISA warrant.

Further thoughts on the Strozck/Page texts:
When Page exclaims that Rudy is now on the FISA Court, Stroczk doesnt seem surprised at all. Timelines I dont have available atm, push the REAL origins of Crossfire Hurricane to sometime in January 2016. This is when the field office had concluded there was nothing there but the 7th floor was desperate to keep everything going at the urging of Hillary and her operatives like those at Perkins Coie, Crowdstrike and Fusion GPS.
Remember "there is no 'there' there?
The lack of surprise by Stroczk seems to indicate that the installation of Contreras of the FISC was expected.
Who appoints the FISC Judges? Why the Chief Justice of the SC does. Is this a link between Roberts and the egregious malfeasance by the FBI and FISC? Did Roberts knowingly appoint a Judge that would be favorable to this Russia/Trump lie?
Edit to add: Perhaps Stroczks statement, "I need to get together with him.” iwas prompted by knowledge that they would kick off the official Crossfire Hurricane op in 6 days and Rudy needed to be brought up to speed.

Just months before they used Page to get their warrant, he had been a witness for the FBI in a case against some Russian oligarch. Dont have a link handy atm and it may be a lengthy search to find one. Im pretty sure it was in the 2015 time frame. TCTH archives would have something Im sure.
Look into Pages military career too and it screams CIA operative. If memory serves he was Naval Intelligence of some sort. All the main players knew he was a cutout and the Trump team probably sniffed him out instantly. Keith Schiller is highly capable.
All the news appearances and the lawsuits which seem to have come to nothing, I believe is just noise.
