I'm not sure how a chocolate factory can blow up like that unless it was dynamite charges. Grain factories that make flour is well known for flour dust igniting and exploding.

Wow, that's something I didn't consider and could be a possible explanation. I know airborne flour is very explosive.... there's plenty history of this actually happening.
