I went to therapist, it was fine, in the end I am the one having to solve and face my own problem and issue… which is powerful “skill” when I fixed most of them over time.
The worst one would probably be the psychiatrist type as those are the one that give medicine which could lead to everything went wrong or worst. I don’t have experience myself, but just based on listening from my sister and her husband situation.
There is Greater profit in treatment vs an actual cure.
If you want healing there are great uses of DMT that will help you overcome trauma, PTSD, abuse, and even mental health barriers. Guided DMT sessions are known to even cure cancer, so there is healing of not only the mind, but also the body.
