I started with the rsbn link which choked and died twice (fortunately before 8:00p) then switched to rumble and it stayed up the whole time. One of them should have the recorded version ready before long if I had to guess.
I would check back with this page, current top video is for the speech tonight - but it's not ready as yet. I was able to dredge up one that started twelve minutes in, but you'll want to see the entire video, I assume. I'm not sure what the normal turnaround time is for them to get the full, clean video (of 27 minutes of Trump talking) up, but check back. I looked at a few other links for the video, no luck.
