Their naturally aggressive behavior settles smoothly into a strong warrior culture, and their propensity to violence is easily channeled into appropriate mission specific tasks involving the highest risk to reward ratios. Turns out they aren't genetic freaks or throwbacks, just statistical outliers that modern society left behind. Subsequently, those who move out of the program show successful reintroduction into normal life, without previous difficulties.
