The Left also says that college age adults are not mature enough to understand the responsibilities of taking out student loans so taxpayers have to bail them out, yet a 7 year old is old enough to know they want to cut their dick off.

Im no lawyer but I have had a couple classes in contract law. The three things that determine a lawful contract are an offer, acceptance and capacity to contract. Isnt having your dick chopped off a contract between a doctor and a patient? Id assume that anyone anywhere who wanted to alter their body in such a way lacks the capacity to contract no matter their age. They themselves may not be liable but the doctor certainly should be.
Don’t forget consideration and form. ACCOF. Offer, acceptance, consideration, capacity and form.
