I have noticed an uptick in helicopter activity here in L.A. I didn't go by the coast today, but yesterday saw a few cargo ships waiting, looking normal. I'm not close to the port, but I see cargo ships in my area when they're backed up.
Today is a religious holiday- Epoch Times says the port is closed because of holiday walk offs by workers - that said, does not rule out caution or other something going on.
"It's happening"? What's happening?
A mavy base had a Navy ship. Wait 2 weeks for significance to appear.

Probably nothing.
Plus Seal beach (directly adjacent to Long Beach) has a naval research facility and they often have multiple ships in the area.
