I have the suspicions that it was one of many islands, and the nations of North Korea, Ukraine, China, Iran, Somalia, Mayanmar, Haiti, and likely others were used to harvest, deliver, and traffick children without the prying eyes. Just as Kosovo was used to harvest and traffick organs through DynCorp Im sure they used similar powerful and discrete contractors to cover their tracks as well.
