Did anyone else hear the woman screaming in agony in the very beginning of the fire?

The screaming you hear is audio that is part of the show. Sorcerer Mickey destroys the dragon and with it several evil (screaming) witches. The dragon is fully animatronic, there is no operator in the head of the dragon.

I wonder if they have an operator in the head of the dragon who got burned up in the beginning of the fire. The woman who is laughing incessantly is despicable. Nothing about this is funny.

No, there was never anyone inside the dragon. It was all remote controlled / computer controlled.

As someone else said, that screaming was from the the show's soundtrack. The dragon is actually a witch (Maleficent, from Sleeping Beauty) in dragon form.
