The plan B from Congress? Given their past track record. Probably a strongly worded letter and an “I’m disappointed in them” speech. Maybe followed by more demands and subpoenas.

They’ll hold hearings that the people they want to question will ignore, or they’ll show up and lie or plead the 5th. Media won’t acknowledge any of it. Some Republicans will say it’s all silly (cause they do the same shit as the Biden family)
My initial reaction to this type crap is always the same - what you mean - they REFUSE? They are NOT above Congress - they should have zero right to refuse anything imo
Please note that the three branches of government and the shadow regime have no rights. They only have powers delegated to them by the constitution or stolen by criminally treasonous acts. Only the people of the US have rights and the sooner we the people exercise our rights and remove those powers stolen or abrogated from the criminals holding the powers, the sooner we can begin to clean up the mess this country has become. In this case, the legislature and the judiciary can act against the executive to bring the DOJ to heel.

Plan B: defund the DOJ management. Handcuff what money that has been allocated can be spent on. Funding and paychecks stop. Cooperation begins.
