Go look at flags Biden stands in front of. They have no fringe. Trump's flags have fringe. This means something. Same as the 21 gun salute at Bidens inauguration. No military personel had military marking on their uniforms. No stripes, no eppelts, no awards. Something is odd and the symbols of being a President of a great military force are missing from Bidens sphere. Does anyone find that interesting?
Yup. It's actually very fitting that almost everything associated with the illegitimate Resident - regardless of whether it's orchestrated by, or comms from, BHs or WHs - would be "off", "wrong" and/or illegitimate as well.
According to The American Legion, gold fringe has been used in American flags since the 1830s. In the late 1800s, it was adopted for use in the Army. All regiments of the U.S. Army soon began using them. The U.S. Army Regulation Code even includes a section about the gold fringe. According to the Code, gold fringe should be used in American flags that are displayed either indoors or outdoors.
According tot USC Title 4 the dimensions and use of the flag are quite clearly defined. No adornment and nothing goes above the flag, not a bird, not a ball, not a spire, nothing.
When Trump uses the flag he is using, he signalling to speak on a footing other than USC title 4.
Military is then quite clear. The bird on top can mean several things, depending on the type of bird. And without closer inspection I cannot say which is which. Draw your own conclusions from that.

If I'm not mistaken, the fringes signify that maritime law is currently in use.
Happy to have clarity from other more knowledgeable frens.
