The old ladies are alright. In my neighborhood the neighborhood watch are off duty cops riding bicycles around in spandex unitards. Its worse than Reno 911. Its so much worse.
I think her real issue is that her island is overrun with foreigners but she doesn’t want to state that plainly so she substitutes superficial complaints about a car with dust on the exterior.
