Actually, the OP of the video said that THEY were the ones that added the glitches themselves - maybe in an attempt to avoid algorithm censorship, who knows? OP did not state why.
They may know it but they dont care. Programmed NPCs that have based their entire lives and personalities around Orange Man Bad cannot afford to face the truth. It will break their brains and are completely lost.
