I probably haven't had truly solid rest or relaxation since 2017. Although I always do technically sleep, I can see how someone deep enough down the rabbit hole would have problems. I look forward to some space to breathe on the other side, but for now I suppose I'll just try not to hyperventilate, lol.

Let the scene breathe, damn it!
