Ah yes, the Statue of Liberty.
In Babylon she was known as Ishtar the goddess of love, sexuality, prostitution, and war. The Romans adopted her as Libertas the goddess of social and personal freedom including sexual freedom. The French sculptor Bartholdi who made the Statue of Liberty was a Freemason so it's no surprise he would choose her as the subject for his statue. The bible calls Babylon the Mother of Whores and some say the SoL is mentioned as the "Great Whore who sits enthroned over many waters" in Revelation.
Revelation 17:1-2 "One of the Seven Angels who carried the seven bowls came and invited me, “Come, I’ll show you the judgment of the great Whore who sits enthroned over many waters, the Whore with whom the kings of the earth have gone whoring, show you the judgment on earth dwellers drunk on her whorish lust.”
When ya realize 'In God We Trust' was meant for another, it changes the perspective on a whole lot.
Also how they made its plaque basically invite refugees and whatnot. And now liberals quote it like we have to abide by that. The French said it, not us!
Sometimes people on this win are so desperate to believe the fantastic that they forget it's easily explained by the mundane:
Bartholdi based her appearance on his mother.
Did anyone read the words below the picture?!!
