I believe so. Support the small companies. When I was in the NW, there were tons of small breweries there we supported. I do not see that in the Midwest so much.
I live in the northeast (CT) and breweries are popping up everywhere. I have a friend who runs a Beer Tour company that tours breweries. I just started encouraging her to market the "Buy Local" theme for her business with the growing bud lite saga.
