Even a conviction cannot disqualify him from becoming President. Remember that Comey said Trump could be in a literal ankle bracelet and he could still become the commander in chief. In fact, I'd argue that the more they persecute him, the more obvious it becomes that he's over the target. Sure, some normies will think Trump is a criminal and vote for Biden or Obama/etc. But they were going to do that anyway. Desantis poll numbers are dropping like a rock. It's extremely unlikely he will win the Republican primary yet he's psyphoning all the ds money into his campaign as we speak. What I'm trying to say is this: Trump can't be stopped. I don't care how many indictments they lay at his feet. Whatever indictments come, try not worry too much. Trump hasn't been taken out for a reason, he has some level of protection. Indictments against Trump are like flies swarming around a lion. It means nothing in the end.

Only if it is a Federal felony of course. I don't think New York will be the only state indicting Trump. I'd bet 2 or 3 other states also try. GA probably will soon, and I'd bet AZ, MN, NM, WA, PA, CA, IL, and HI will try.
