The key thing I ask people to pay attention to is that the voice of the person speaking in the full video (on Youtube) is not similar to the voice in the short cut posted to Gateway Pundit and originally by 'Kate Awakening'. Not only is he voice introducing Biden different, but the content of what is said during the introduction is different. This occurs before the break.
I am inclined to throw a flag on this play. Gateway Pundit posted something sourced on twitter by Kate Awakening. Is it reasonable to find out where she sourced this from?
