People are going to tell you no, that Maxwell was. However, I believe Q mentioned double meanings, so First indictment to me could also mean Trump, in the same way "First family", "First Lady", etc is used.

the "example" was an example of an arguement against her being a big enough name to trigger the mass awakening.
