This is at least the second time President Trump has suggested Jack Smith used to operate under another name.
There are three possibilities I can think of:
Jack Smith at some point in his life used an alias and has returned to using his birth name.
Jack Smith was born under a different name and took the name Jack Smith later in life. (Your research seems to rule this out)
The person operating as Jack Smith is someone who assumed his identity and is close enough in appearance to pull it off. (So where is the real Jack Smith?
Or 4: Trump is referring to a nickname, or alias formerly used by Agent Smith.
The high school pic does look like him only with an uncharacteristic smile so it's hard to be sure. My spidey sense is leaning towards #3 but how would one prove that?
Wait for President Trump’s reveal? He’s trolling for a reason. And, Grenell has been out there digging on Smith. Something’s definitely weird with this Smith character.
I have trouble viewing that weird face and reading he played varsity football and baseball in high school. As what? A nerdy water boy? Also supposed to be a triathlete.

Maybe he was abducted as a child (or is one of the demon spawn) and put into MK Ultra control with a new identity. That would account for "deranged" and "wonder what he was called before". Whatever this guy's true history is, I'm sure POTUS knows exactly who he is. I've got to say, this guy looks more like a hitman than a white collar legal dude. Maybe he's an actor at this point - who knows anymore? It will be interesting to see what gets disclosed about him.
