I have Faith in God.
I have faith in the Plan.
I think God is working through the Plan.
That being said, I see the news and continue to hear normies repeating it--and I just can't help but think that "we ain't seen nothin' yet" when it comes to what people need to be shown in order for them to wake up.
The level of desensitization is so high among so many people that nothing seems to phase them... and the slow drip has actually reinforced that desensitization. And unfortunately, if we don't see real hardship and suffer real pain--economic, social, psychological, etc., then the Awakening will not reach enough people. But NCSWIS, so that must mean that there will be a moment--perhaps the precipice--when almost everyone is thunderstruck and suddenly awake (that is, if they believe it... and the only way they will believe it is if it has personally impacted them).
I feel like we reached a point where the level of corruption has been revealed to us, but too many people don't care or defend the Biden family (and others) just because they hate Trump. It is still way too many people. We talk about Anons being a small group of digital warriors making a difference... well, even if 10% of idiots refuse the truth, that's 30+ MILLION people. That's not a number that will result in peace and understanding.
What's my point? I feel like we're in the eye of the storm, in fact, and there hasn't been a lot of hardship, yet. But I think we will pass out of the eye of the storm soon and enter the most dangerous part of the storm, meaning that real pain and suffering will wash over this country. It has to be that way in order to overcome the desensitized mindsets of so many people still asleep.
Therefore, although we may be aware and thus more ready, we will also be challenged because the pain will be real for us, too. Many of us have lost jobs or businesses, friends and family, and other assets and opportunities. I think it will get worse... and that is why we are important to each other as a community. Faith in God, and faith in the Plan... and faith in each other. I guess that's what I wanted to say. Thanks for reading.
We KNOW things will get much worse as per Revelations. But if we keep the faith, follow God's laws etc we will be rewarded.
If days were not shortened, would there be any flesh alive.
That's the Great Tribulation tho if we're still here we did something wrong
Pre trib Rapture is a Doctrine of man, the word doesn't appear in the Bible and is totally fabricated playing fast a loose with the word of God. Made predominant by John Darby in the mid 1800s, did Not exist widely before then.
The harpazo https://whatsaiththescripture.com/Prophecy/Harpazo.html
Nope. Early church fathers (writings) believed in the rapture (harpazo).
Harpazo in this context is clearly used as a "snatching up" with "Force" the Tares from the wheat spoken of Very clearly in this parable.
Matthew 13 "30Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn." https://biblehub.com/kjv/matthew/13.htm
Harpazo https://biblehub.com/greek/726.htm
"Rapture" is not used anywhere in the Bible. It is read into scripture(eisegesis) not from scripture(exegesis).
The Tares FIRST then the Wheat. Just as the righteous Men had to endure the Flame of the fire or Den of a Lion, most likely we will too. Until the day of Judgement where we will be plucked up as in the day of Harvest.
The magic Rapture bus that comes to save you from Judgement as spoken of today is just not there. But you have free will and can believe whatever you'd like. But keep in mind, When it doesn't show up, the days get darker, and the promises of the carnal mind don't materialize in some physical flight into the air free from much suffering, don't loose faith.
There are some compelling hints at it in the Bible though. I am cautiously optimistic myself altho I agree its a ludicrous doctrine on the face of it.
Chuck missler called it one of the most preposterous ideas in scripture iirc yet he believed
I once was taught, believed in, and argued for dispensationalism until I was challenged and went looking for myself.
The one question I get asked alot by Rapture believers is why would they teach it. The answer is simple, what could discouraged and destroy someones faith so close to the end? And that brings me back to your original statement. Believing you were left behind as the world goes dark around you, will leave alot of good people faithless and angry, just before the final great harvest.
As for versus supporting the Rapture, sure you can torture scripture enough to mean or say whatever you want. This is known as Eisegesis, and it happens all the time..
There is no pre tribulation rapture. its not in the Bible.
There is only one thing that can be described as a sort of a rapture (word not in the Bible). That is the Resurrection of the righteous. The sleeping dead are raised from their graves (they are NOT in heaven now) and will be transformed. Then the living are raised into the air and transformed to meet Jesus there during His second coming.
Then the evil will be raised from their graves (they are NOT in hell now). This is the Resurrection of the wicked. The final battle will commence with the forces of light and truth (The Word) destroying Lucifer's forces.
Then comes the judgement where those not covered in the blood of Christ will be cast unto the lake of fire, where they will be CONSUMED by fire and brimstone as if they never existed. The SMOKE of this event (hell/judgement) will rise forever and ever (note: there is NO eternal hell of torment and torture. That is not who God is. Yes there is judgement and a corresponding hellfire but it is not eternal. No one, even Lucifer deserves that... it's not just.). The final death in hell is ... death - ceasing to exist. Permanent separation from God. Forgotten forever.
Eternal existence is only available from Jesus Christ as your advocate to God. Any other inference of eternal existence (including in hell) is THE LIE told by the Serpent in the garden. It is a falsehood intended to deceive you.
Everything above is supported by the Holy Scriptures.
How can he come back with his bride (the church) if the bride is still here?
There are many dead Christians who follow behind him in the clouds.
Where does it say he will come back with his bride?
I cannot argue with much of what you have said. However I think we are in the final battle now as gog and magog are in battle formation now. I don't put much thought into a future millennium reign. I take a historic view with that prophecy being fulfilled approx 800-1800.
The throne of David didn't exist when Jesus was born and Gabriel pronounced it to Mary that her son would sit on it. So there has to be a literal millenia with no famine war etc and even with Christ in charge and the devil chained we STILL screw it up
Wrong.
Well thank you for sharing your wonderful insight. I have totally changed my mind. Also the "church fathers "were wrong about a lot of things.
