I drink quinine water or tonic water...just add a little stevia and it makes for a pleasant carbonated beverage...I don't particularly like carbonation but it is one way to utilize quinine...

Stevia...Now Better Stevia...8 Oz. Liquid (couple drops)

Tonic Water...Schweppe's or Kroger brand is fine...
