Imagine being sick with a bacterial infection, and when your doctor checks your blood, he sees that you have way too many white blood cells, and gives you a drug to kill the white blood cells.

Statins can cause lots of issues. You may try berberine. It has lots of health benefits. As for a doc. I would look for a naturopath. https://www.theburningplatform.com/2023/02/22/well-being-berberine/#more-295032 I have taken berberine for years and it helped reduce my cholesterol as well as a statin had.

My wife's Dr does both...however you need to schedule a regular medical appointment. But once he shuts the door, he'll discuss both.

Statins kill. Look up Natto. That's what we use. Statins destroy the liver! Natto and coQ10 and will add berberine. No sugar. Very little bread.
No wheat or grains if possible.
Brownberry makes a good Keto friendly seeded bread.
It will kill you slowly. Avoid all seed products.

Just watched a video that say K2 will clear out your arteries.
He had “the best meal for cholesterol”. Good beef, saurcraut and something else.
K2 is in beef. He said the vegan diet is stupid for cholesterol control.

My cholesterol measures typically 220 ng/ml, which is true mid range. Don't believe the official figures.

Get off of the statin drug especially without CoQ10. If you are taking CoQ10...get off the stating drug anyway.
