You’re correct. I have heard that it has only been posted for a short time anywhere. When it was on VOAT, I think it was removed a few hours later. I was (un)lucky enough to see it when it was there. I have also seen pictures somewhere.
There are two questions on the legitimacy of it. 1. Why would Killary film it? 2. How would anyone in her organization let it out?
Why film it? Blackmail
Was Killary aware that she was being filmed.
Same reason Hunter filmed himself -- or someone else filmed him. Maybe it's part of the agreement so they have leverage over you. Or maybe they bugged him wherever he went and hacked into his webcam.
Incompetence? Anger that she's gotten away with it? Wanting to keep her on her toes? Maybe it wasn't her organization that leaked it.
