I don't think so. I think the concept here is mutual cooperation between sovereign nations, something anathema to the globalist vision of the NWO. While there may be a shift towards a new or different reserve currency, I believe that the BRICS nations are attempting to ground their OWN currencies in gold, not create one global currency for use by all peoples in all nations.
