Errors in the msg, possiblur comms:

"is is" double typo
"n" instead of and (this occurs twice)
"titter" missing the w
"guantlet" mispelled, a & u should be reversed

Play on words. Blur = obfuscate.... Could potentially be intended for a more nefarious audience than we anons or a white hat recipient. E.g. False comms, distraction, or set up.
