If you really want to see how bizarre some can get, try looking in journals that allow authors to publish for a fee, like Frontiers in Psychology. Not saying it's all bad, in fact there can be good studies that are shut out of mainstream journals.
Many of these trials will of course go nowhere and never be published, but you can see the scope of effort. The studies people have mentioned are from psychology. That's a vast field. Imo the colder, darker studies would be under "marketing." This includes propaganda.

Skinner prison experiment comes to mind.

Covid 19 jab experiment. Results pending.
Has this been reproduced at all? I don't believe it has, does anyone know for sure?
Many of the weirder experiments are unknown or bogus, as in the post from yesterday about faked data. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2Tm3Yx4HWI

Another source of interest could be clinical trials, e.g. https://insightallday.com/clinical_trials?og1=d421b632-6dc4-4b35-9b2d-d278a3156fe5&acid=cid74419&gclid=&msclkid=d4cc7fdc0c411eb347071b6aa6ac9e1b&avid=4900&asrc=bing
