This is the second article I've seen recently discussing how the commercial real estate collapse is going to drag the whole economy down.
The real crisis, of course, is the number of drug soaked and sexually addled people who simply exist in their nihilist bubbles around these decaying downtown cores. These were all bright and perky toddlers at one time, with the world ahead of them. So many lives absolutely wasted... That's the real tragedy.
We were in Asheville over the weekend and it has turned into a shit show. People openly smoking crack on the sidewalks, homeless encampments under bridges, boobs on display, pooping in the open, my 16 YO son was shocked at how awful it was. We were there a few years ago and it is no longer the quaint town. My son said this is what you get voting for liberals.
The problem is we don't vote for them.
The cities is where mass psychosis occurs. Think Sodom and Gomorrah...
Downsize the cities, they are too big
