Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evoloving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
So what's REALLY going on with the world's bees and helium?
The leftist media keeps telling me that the world's bees are dying off at catastrophic rates, but I don't see any less honey on the shelves, local- or corporate-farmed.
And I keep hearing that the world's running low on helium as well, and that THAT will result in some kind of technological disaster, since apparently helium is important in making important cellphone parts.
I can't answer your question about the bees. Be careful buying honey from unknown sources. A few years ago a friend told me about someone they knew that sold honey on the side of the road. These people water the honey down. I think you can test honey to see if it's real or watered down. Saw a video months ago. I don't remember exact instructions. Found a link that explains testing honey.
Is your honey real or adulterated
I can't walk barefoot in the backyard without stepping on a bee. Local honey in every grocery store.
Maybe it's only the big cities that are running out of bees and helium?
I’ve seen this alot this year. I chalked it up to either the high heat index or just another depopulation attempt. Some nwo fuckas always trine to ice skate uphill.
I think Helium has to do with the "liquidity" or the money printing power of the central banks. Decoding symbols guy has touched on Helium very briefly in his recent post
It would definitely explain the constant panic about Helium running low.
As for Bees (and the related Murder hornets) he has touched on it more. He is one post
