A couple stores near me do something they’ve called sensory friendly

Basically lights are dimmer. Radio either off or very low. Staff mostly doing fronting of departments as opposed to stocking and moving carts of merchandise around

Might be the same thing or something similar

Surprised I had to scroll this far too see the correct answer. I wish more stores around me did this, I enjoy shopping so much more with no music and slightly dimmer lights
