Couple that mellie with high dose niacin and you'll have yourself a health cocktail that will eliminate inflammation throughout the body.
I have high dose niacin...just have to add to regimen...to prevent flush take with cold foods....
High melatonin foods like tart cherry concentrate or pistachios will help mitigate the flush. So, a cold smoothie including these might be a good vector. However, I say embrace the flush. It's never as bad as the first time freak out thinking you're on fire on the inside.
High dose niacin has eliminated restless leg syndrome for me.
Have you looked at MMS at all. It's more amazing than IVM. I am not ill currently of anything, but going to get wife to take it because of reoccurring sinus issue.

I think it means "miracle mineral solution" as a trading/marketing name. Chlorine dioxide, ClO2. MMS is a preparation that creates it in solution by mixing two components, one often a citric acid.
