Fascinating substack on Ivermectin: "Ivermectin May Defeat Cancer and Other Common Chronic Diseases of Aging - If you think Big Pharma had good reasons to censor ivermectin during COVID-19 how about now when we know it is likely effective against all chronic diseases associated with aging?"

Try L-Theanine instead of melatonin:
https://www.amazon.com/BulkSupplements-L-Theanine-Powder-250-Grams/dp/B00E7GESMO/
For me, pretty much every single time I take melatonin; sure it helps me all asleep, but almost every time I take it, I bolt awake around 1-3 AM or so, and have a BITCH of a time falling back asleep.
No good at all.... :-(
L-Theanine does what melatonin is SUPPOSED to do, which is get you to sleep and help you STAY that way.....until morning, of course! LOL....
Magnesium is also awesome for this as well:

Highly recommend both of these (not simultaneously) esp. over melatonin.
Oh, and with the L-Theanine especially; the recommended dose of like 100-200 mg or so - your average capsule - is WAY too much for me. I usually have a very high tolerance for drugs, supplements, etc. but 100 mg of L-Theanine knocks me OUT.
If you get the bulk powder linked above, you can titrate your dose more carefully and also take small amounts during the day to help with general anxiety, focus, etc.
Hope this helps a fren.
Me too. I wake up 3-4 hours after bedtime when I take melatonin.
Glad t hear it's not just me!! Weird, isn't it??
Thanks...will consider...do some research...surprisingly the high dose neither makes me fall asleep or stay asleep...I have some crazy sleeping habits..but when I sleep it is like I am dead....
With the melatonin? Crazy! And that's the other reason you need to try something else; tolerance.
Anything you take with any sort of regularity, you WILL develop a tolerance to.... it's just a matter of the extent.... Anyway; hope that helps & you decide to try those!
Did you watch the video about the anti-oxidant effect of high dose melatonin and the cancer healing? Interesting...

Or just drink tea?
Tea relaxes you but doesn't really have any actual compounds that help you sleep / stay asleep....
Green tea and black tea are the main sources of L-theanine.
Oh dang, shut up!?! Had no clue.... is that where they "harvest" L-Theanine from for supplements, or what? Is it synthesized or extracted from things like Tea Leaves?
