At the bottom of Q Post 570 you see a line that says, "HRC March 13, 2013 [intercept]."
In March 2013 a Romanian hacker named Marcel Lehel Lazar (Guccifer) said he was able to hack Sidney Blumenthal's emails by guessing his security question. Then once he had emails from Hillary Clinton that was sent to Sidney, he was able to hack Hillary's server using the IP address.

In the Fox News link above, Guccifer said it was easy to hack Hillary's server and anyone could do it.
We didn't find out about Hillary's server until 2016, just before the election. I would bet that the NSA and/or Russia had been accessing Hillary's server for three years prior to the public disclosure of the server. What better way to find out what your enemy is doing? Let Obama and Hillary continue business as usual and monitor their conversations. Using an unsecured server for government business would be illegal and screams that they were hiding something. Q told us FISA's work both ways. Q drop 2694 talks about Adam Schiff using an "imaginary, made-up, non-existent threat (which really is) designed to protect the illegal activities of many elected officials."
Using a FISA warrant to spy on a sitting President and Secretary of State might not sit well with the American public and may be frowned upon by the legal system. Why not create a secondary source for the evidence that was gathered from Hillary's server? Putin enters the conversation.

Hillary was selling uranium to Russia via Uranium One. The source of any Uranium sample can be traced by measuring the alpha particles, it shows where the uranium originated. If Russia knew Hillary and Obama were also sending the same uranium to Iran and Putin knew Hillary planned on starting WW3, do you think Putin knew Russia would be blamed for a nuclear strike against the USA? Now you see why Russia stepped up to help take down the deep state.
Iran was enriching uranium at a site just over the Syrian border that was delivered to them by Obama and Hillary.

NSA has pretty much the whole internet under their control with there ability to capture all data from all the major points they would be able to access everything like it was their own home LAN :)
I used to find it funny when you read things like them using gaming accounts to secretly communicate, ham radios and all the other things they tried including having their own custom "encrypted" phones and then Q posted a pic of the phones all sitting on the pallets in the Chinese factories as they had backdoored them also kek A bit like how they caught all those drug dealers in Europe by telling them all to use a secure chat app and then just sat back as they incriminated themselves with the chats and gps data.
