I think "they are going to trial" is a bit premature. They will try some other lawfare tactic as they try to hammer out a new agreement. The way I see it is the DoJ prosecutors and Hunters lawyers are not adversaries as they should be in our court system but rather they are co conspirators in hindering Justice. The only thing standing in their way is a Delaware judge appointed by a democrat. May the Lord grant her strength and courage to do the right thing.
Try and find a jury of 12 peers that haven't heard about the details of the case. Then make sure none of them are demonrats or liberals. He will get off with a slap on the wrist.
The only good that could come of the tax charge would be for the illegality of federal taxes to be declared in court. Otherwise, it's just obvious propaganda that the cabal must be paid. And is this the real crime? That the other big guys didn't get their cut?

Round 2 as in he's now pleaded not guilty after the 1st round(pleaded guilty) because of no immunity...so going to trial...😉😎
