He's had scalp reduction surgery and has transplanted the back hair to the front and top. There is scalp scarring and a large bald area in the center back where they harvested the hair to put in the front. That is why his hair is swooped backwards and sprayed with stiff spray to keep the bald back from being visible.
If he were to shave it, scars and anomalies would easily be seen. He would be a laughing stock. Too bad, because this fictional image of him is quite awesome.
That happens to most, but he’s a billionaire that can have scars erased.
My wife and I own a med spa (mainly her’s) and we have have several different ways to reduce and eliminate surgical scarring.
I would imagine DT used the best docs in that field and that would include excellent after care that reduces scarring to a minimum through the healing process. If that was all done at a high level then removing the scar becomes much more likely.
That is good to know. But, of course surgical techniques have vastly improved over the years and even the wealthiest of celebs going to 'the best' doctors can have a poor result. I mean, just look at Michael Jackson, Joan Rivers, Joan Van Ark, Mickey Rourke, Priscilla Presley, Donatella Versace to name a few.
These celebs, especially Jackson and Rivers, had enough money to travel anywhere in the world to get the best results at any cost, yet were ruined by what was done.
Re Trump - his missing hair in the back which was relocated to top and front cannot be 'fixed' except with more hair from somewhere else on his body.
We know that the Media and the Dems are excruciatingly vicious toward DJT. They would be salivating at the opportunity to find a flaw if there is one to be found. I remember some old comment during DJT's divorce from Ivana where she cruelly mentioned his recovery from hair transplant surgery.
If you don't mind me asking, other than micropigmentation and fractional laser treatment, what other scar reducing treatments truly work?
My wife just said medical grade peels can work wonders on certain scarring, I assume she’s thinking of acne scarring and not surgical, but maybe it’s both.
I’ve considered getting trained in micropigmentation, my wife is a pro at microblading brows so me doing that would blend well with what’s already happening at the studio.
The thing is I’m bald and I’m not sure I would do it and that might seem weird to ppl coming in to get that service from me.
So, because I brought forth unpleasant facts, your response is to insult me? I'm about as pro-Trump as it gets, but there is a reason he hasn't changed his hairstyle in 40+ years. Also, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But, check out the image below:
Sauce? Never serve without the mandatory sauce. Its highly doubtful Trump would have a b rate surgery or doctor. So that sounds like and smells like some leftist bullshit gossip. For the average Joe that scenario could be plausible
But highly doubtful when you are in Trumps realm. The fake image is ok. But not really anything more than average. That's not good enough. The "do" is signature at this point. If it's not broken dont fix it..

Thanks. Ask her if it affects the scalp and the hair of the scalp. We don't want it to remove the hair.

Microneedling is one and yes lasers work, even the lasers that remove tattoos play a role.
Tattoo removing lasers “pico” blow up the the dark pigment in the skin that is then absorbed and passed out as waste.
You can also remove a unwanted scarring from a bad incision so to create a more favorable one that will be easier to hide/remove.
If you’re prone to keloid scarring then you are very limited in what you can do. I know I wouldn’t blast one of those with a pico laser!

What was Joe's early nickname? Plugs?
Yes.
See my other comment with links for the sauce.
