We won't be going back to the barter system, nor a simple 'gold backed' currency as it has been proven to fail time and time again. We will evolve and not digress to a blockchain based gold backed currency if anything. Regardless of white or black hats, the future is tokenized on a blockchain. It is scary to some as they think they can shut off access to banking, but in reality it is actually alot easier to do that right now. Just look at the truckers and lindell and kanye etc. It is just a matter of which side controls it..
Exactly. Elections will be held on blockchain. NFT will be basically your voter ID. 150 million registered votes well there will only be 150 million NFT's (votes), not even 1 more. It'll all decentralize the economy as a whole and will get rid of all 3rd parties on all industries. Examples music albums through web3 not record labels, movies without major studios, concert/sporting tickets without ticketmaster, be your own bank without fees and fractional reserve lending, personal loans vs bank loans, crowd funding without VC's, car/home titles etc etc etc
Trump did not simply put out his NFT collection because he needed money....
Yeah I also believe most if not all current cryptos will die. Like you said maybe 10 projects stick, or for all we know Trump's quantum EO from a few years back may have a completely new blockchain with multiple projects. Problem with the current cryptos (BTC etc) is that they have all been hijacked by Wall Street and VC's where they get to pump it and dump it at will. a 300 million buy between a few firms affects the price much more than say 50,000 people buying $10,000 worth each. I personally don't own any crypto anymore, only some gaming NFT's. A few years ago I was pretty involved with crypto, did well during the bull runs, but I am in your camp now, while imo this transition is inevitable from either the white of black hats, to know which one survives is like finding a needle in a haystack
PS this post from u/noquo89 yesterday on BTC was pretty interesting...
Yep. It's not about pictures. It's not about currency, it's about building trustless systems to cut gov regulation and oversite, lower costs, eliminate corruption and take power away from the establishment.
We could eliminate at LEAST one third of government agencies with NFTs. You don't need things like the SEC and DTCC when you just program the rules / law into the NFT security and it can't be broken. "Enforcement" becomes a uniform function, not an additional agency wearing uniforms.
The gold back currency never failed , it was the government that failed and went off the gold standard so they could print money and not be bridaled by having limited money backed by gold
Agree to disagree here. I know that I would not trust an institution or any 3rd party to keep the gold reserves, hence why it needs to be on a blockchain. With quantum computing a gold backed blockchain is very possible and at least will be accurate.

100% agree.

You are correct, NFTs are held back by the images they are currently minted from;
Incorporating physical IDs into NFTs will unlock their full potential,

Great post. 99% of people simply do not understand the tech and too close minded to learn it, but will be here before we know it

Keep it in the gun safe.
Try getting your money out when they won't let you!
You mean like any bank can do right now? Lol
