Ain’t happening. Another smack down
I love how they named the bill, the "bipartisan safer communities act". Who wants to overturn that.
As if homies in da hood show up to gun shows to rub shoulders with Bubba and Clem
Because every other piece of crap we churn out is stupid righty-lefty theater for idiots who don't yet get that in the uniparty, everyone is playing for team Globohomo
bipartisan safer communities act = BSCA = BS communities act.
Its in your face daring us to fight back
Shall not infringe you stupid dumb fucking democrats
There are ways to get around this bs until a court can rule the it's unconstitutional if they try to implement it. People are creative.
Ok, so that still allows things like undercutting the cops during those "gun buybacks" where they give you a $50 or $100 gift card for your gun "no questions asked". That is a great place to buy guns - just offer the people in line the same amount the cops are offering, but in cash instead of some grocery store card.
You will be getting a cheap gun and the seller will be losing money - win/win.
And the 1st Amendment, and probably the 4th and 5th.
How about the entire Constitution? There is nothing stopping the Wannabe Dictator from stripping 75-85% of the country of their citizenship simply for supporting President Trump.
Yes. On paper.
If they really cared about safety they would open up the NICS E-Check system so that private individuals could conduct their own checks on the person they are selling a gun too. Instead they keep that system locked up and you have to pay an FFL (who needs to pay the government plenty themselves) in order to use it for transfers.
Yeah that worked out well for japan dude still made and home made gun and got the job done
It is possible that the "homemade gun" was provided to him by the CIA.
I read a pretty good write up on that non-gun. Everything you would need to build it, is commonly available at the hardware store. Fireworks are common in Japan, so obtaining propellant was not an issue. Electric ignition, using batteries and 0000 steel wool, a combo that is commonly used to start camp fires. I still think it was a false flag, but it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to build such a weapon. I tested the ignition system with some loose black powder, steel wool and a 9v battery. Fired off every time. You could build an explosive device using the same system.
??
First off, how would they know how much someone originally paid for the firearm they are trying to sell?
And secondly, then just sell for what you originally paid along with a (secret) finders fee...
Good question. I guess they are going after gun shows.
That's the beauty of a cash transaction! Now, if only there were only some way to get rid of cash, and force everyone to use a completely trackable and controllable digital currency... Hmmmm...
Won't work.
