It’s basically vote yes to extend the timelines from what I understand but I don’t remember the exact terminology. You can ask them what the board recommends and vote that way

Will that work from Europe, and what info will they need? I pretty much don't have any info other than it I my broker that has the shares...
Just call Alliance. They usually just look it up by your name.
