That’s right. I spent the last 3 months of my 41 year teaching career teaching through Google Meets. I even got cheated out of my retirement party.
I think this headline is misleading. They're not being pulled from school they're just absent because they're being conditioned to stay home at the smallest sign of an illness.
Probably absent from school because they're sick and dying.
We should be seeing our school tax dollars being returned to us, huh? Begin voting "NO" on all school issues. Go to school board meetings and see how useless they are. Then find out how much money the school board grand poobah makes per year. I bet it's well north of $200K, for being an administrator. Yea, that's not a grift.
That's a major winning.
