I hate to be "that guy" but we never needed a treaty of annexation with Hawaii. We just conquered them like we did the rest of the US sans Alaska. We conquered them and overthrew their "kingdom" and turned them into a US territory.
By this logic, every state in the union except for Alaska is illegitimate because we never signed a treaty of annexation with the various native tribes.
Treaties of non aggression and acknowledgment that certain tracks of lands were theirs. As far as I'm aware there was never a treaty of annexation signed with any native tribes since we just conquered them and took their land and then said "stay over there and we won't bother you". Not that we actually did, but I digress.
The area that was affected is apparently the capital of old Hawaii and a lot of native Hawaiians moved there.
This reminds me of Riccardo Bosi's explanation of Western Australia and why the Covid stimp down was particularly nasty there. They brought Australia under the crown control illegally, and the Aboriginal still have the right to the land which was never ceded. Thats why they are trying to root them out, especially the older generation who are more clued in.
So I dont think the issue is really about annexation, but about crown control and is not limted to Hawaii, but all countries indirectly under Crown control through subfertuge.
Wow...another important wrinkle in the continuing story of this disaster...that seems like very important information if true...the elites will do ANYTHING to protect themselves and their assets...nothing is too evil for them to utilize...
