I think Trump will in fact debate Vivek and perhaps DeSantis. Not because it needs to happen or that it will affect the outcome of the primary, but to put the inevitable debate between RFK and Biden in stark contrast.
Trump/Vivek will show that debate can be respectful and a form of truth-seeking. It will elevate the standard for what we expect from debates--much like Oliver Anthony just dramatically elevated the standard for popular music.
Biden will struggle enormously, of course, and likely embarrass himself in some major ways. There will be a Grand Canyon sized qualification chasm between him and all three of Trump/RFK/Vivek.
No debates at all would be a lost opportunity to show these critical contrasts.

Well, because we want to see Trump utterly destroy the idiots and biased moderator/MC.
I still think he should. People like seeing him, and it shows that he doesnβt think talking about issues is beneath him.
I also want to see him shut down all the shills saying Republicans need somebody else.
