Ugh, as an artist myself I cringe at those ugly "modern" variations of art. Sure, if stick figures is all you can draw, that's fine, but a real artist would put more effort into their work unless they only had 10 seconds to make something.
Catholic here. I feel so betrayed by my church. Not so much by this iteration of its current state and of an unholy pope, but by how much has been hidden from us, purposefully or not, about Jesus. But I know the basics of what I need. The “body of Christ”, us, is more than I ever pondered in my heart. We are literally connected, all one. And we were never separated from God. So many lies, so much confusion as to what and who we really are
Catholic too! I felt betrayed when I found out all the priests in my area voted for hillary and not trump. I wondered, how could this be? He is pro life??? She is pro abortion... A head priest had to write a sympathy letter of sorts to the group after that night of miracles happened. As for the hidden part, I am reading whatever I can and trying to fill in the blanks. It has been pretty fun to tell you the truth. I feel free and truly joyful. You're right! We're all connected. We are one!
The Latin masses that I can find are packed with people, especially young families with 5 kids each, minimum. Most have 6-9 kids each. That part of the Church is thriving and growing like crazy.
Agreed.
I will share that MY OPINION of those who post prayers here, and those who share factual information about the "church" and doctrine are doing much better "good" than those woke idiots in a woke socialist pulpit.
For myself, I can see genuine prayers here from people of faith. I feel much more comfortable with them than as I said before those woke idiots in a woke socialist pulpit.
"Whenever two or more are gathered in my name..." Well, there's defiantly more than two or more here....
Wow. This is actually encouraging. Lifelong Catholic here. The Great Awakening includes complete exposure of the secrets and corruption that has infiltrated and plagued the Catholic Church for centuries. For now, I consider myself following the Catholic Faith, not necessarily the Catholic Church. I think the Catholic Church, i.e. the Vatican, the hierarchy, the bureaucracy, will collapse.
There actually is a vocal but tiny minority of priests opposed to the Catholic Church. A number of priests were canceled by the pope for speaking out against the vaccine and the shutdowns.
Pardon me as I pick myself up off the floor. "A bit of good news"? Heck, this is first show of life since the Dubia. AP Vigano implied something was "brewing". Excellent news.
The Synod on Synodality was such a farce. Even the logo looked like it was drawn with crayons.

There is more ACTUAL religion here on this forum than you'll find in a Catholic church.
I know what you mean. I am Catholic.
The church is not uniform. Some parishes are empty and dead.
But there are many who are deeply faithful and that preach the gospel. Those parishes are vibrant and growing fast.

Exactly. As far as I'm concerned, this website is my congregation.

Yeah...because they're broke now.
Where were they during the C19 bs?
Where were they when they denied people going to church?
This is a case of too little, too late.

Here's hoping the next pope takes on the moniker of George the First, because it'll take a true crusader to drive out the corruption.
