Since I had already voted for the extension last month I didn't think I needed to vote again, but called Alliance Advisors just in case. Turns out I needed to vote again this round. If you're a DWAC shareholder please make sure you are current on your "FOR" vote. Alliance Advisors 1-877-728-4996. You only need to give your name and zip code.

What’s the TLDR on this?
Basically they’re on track to merge with TMTG soon, before the end of the year. They worked out the issue with the SEC and came to an agreement in July which was the major hold up. Reworked their agreement with TMTG and need to complete an audit, then submit the final S4 to the SEC but that process is going to take at least a month or two.
DWAC currently has a deadline of September 8th to dissolve if it hasn’t merged. This vote is to extend that deadline so they can complete those other items and finish the merger.
If TMTG wanted this merger to happen they would have come out before 7/10 reaffirming their commitment. Doing so would have spiked interest in the stock and stock ownership leading to higher shareholder and voting interest.

I took care of mine through fidelity last week. Much easier than I thought.
Tried to vote, but it turns out that I don't actually own my stock, just the 'benefit'. I'm switching platforms, which involves a sell/buy, so won't qualify anyway...

Try fidelity or schwab if you’re in the US.
If you’re EU/UK use ibkr (international brokers).
It is illegal for them to not send you the proxy voting material. So if they havent - they are breaking the law.
Any ways - you can vote by simply calling the number in the graphic. They can you look you up by zip code and name.
I'm from outside the US. Apparently, they use a "custodian" model, which is supposed to be common for international trading. I've bought on etoro, now going to sell on the banking platform

I hold shares and options and don’t have any emails about this.
The official outreach has been hit or miss. DWAC contracted Alliance Advisors and they can look up your shares and take your vote at the number listed. Shouldn’t take more than a few minutes, just need name and zip code.

*** IMPORTANT*** I would have bet my life I voted all my shares weeks ago by talking with alliance advisors when I called them the first week of voting. Today I received a proxy card in the mail so I called the number and it turns out that none of the shares I had at Continental stock had voted. I don’t know why alliance advisors was only able to vote my shares at fidelity previously but I would recommend calling 1-877-728-4996 just to double check your vote!
