Using TinEye, I found this link to a US Air Force publicity site and explanation:

Thanks. We have enough rumor, supposition and disinformation out there to contend with.
Great job, anon.
2023 Indo-Pacific Unity Allies and Partners Engineer Summit
"Indo-Pacific Unity Allies and Partners Engineer Summit participants gather for a group photo on Friday, August 11th 2023, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The engagement provided a forum for allied and partnered engineers to exchange views, create professional relationships, enhance partner capacity, promote regional stability, and increase engineer interoperability throughout the theater. And to blow sh*t up
Thats a big part of what Army engineers do.
Obviously a staged photo - not saying it aint what you think it is (DUMB being esploded) but it looks more like a training scenario photo for participants in a class - maybe a class on how to esplode a DUMB, who the fuck knows, but not a live operation, IMO
I found this via qresearch. I thought it was notable.
No sauce. No more info than the pic right now.
If anyone has sauce on it, please post it up.
Even without the TinEye effort of TN BanjoMan, this picture screams photo-op. You can plainly see a small explosive (left) with debris in the air is being used to ignite a fuel fire (right).
Yes, it's 1000%/literally staged as noted by the Buffalo etc parking job...
History is written by who again?
Coms present?
It's certainly an interesting photo worthy of sharing and talking about.
It's noteworthy to decode the participants countries of origin as well...
Looks like Seabees and Army Corp Of Engineers had a training exercise w some asians.
Cool pic tho.
Very cool pic! I love it whenever Our Hero's are afforded the recognition they do richly deserve.
(IMHO, it is so rarely given at all)
Where is Gene Decode on this one?
original image size 2160/1728 = 1.25 = 5/4 a common aspect ratio
this one 2048/1638 = 1.25
