TikTok is a hotbed of misinformation and retardation. A bunch of people who think they know something, try to sound authoritative, and have no idea what's going on in reality.
But I can't lie. I feel something weird in the air right now. People have been snapping at my job lately and things just feel off and ominous. And I live near the coast, so I can't say I'm not nervous about all these scenarios.
Historically there have been no "merging" hurricanes. If both storms hit, their path will change and both storms will become weaker. That is not just my opinion, it is real scientific fact.
It's a long way off so no one really know right? But Ventusky model shows on Friday 19th that storms are far enough apart that they don't really have a cumulative affect. Model wind speed at ground level not even hurricane strength, 3000m around 90mph. And on Sunday has the right one heading away from land.
One of my peeves is every time a meteorologist reports hurricane wind speed they do not mention that the max sustained wind speed is not measured at ground level but I think above 500m to 3000m or above.
Hurricane models have a 150 mph hurricane in Atlantic on the 22nd that ain't even been born as a baby puff of wind yet. That's some accurate prognostication there now.
It looks like from the website he mentioned it will hit land fall on ??? You guessed it the 17th 🤔
They are predicting it. That doesn't mean it's going to happen
Precisely. Other predictions from other sources show them diverging.
Not even the video shows the storms merging. They are just too far away.

Thanks, brother.
I like it!

Not a meteorologist but the vector lines go in opposite directions AND the model is a week out. Junk in junk out.
And I just pointed out the truth about merging storms. It would be easier for a dog and cat to be merged into one which also doesn't happen.
That is not what Windy is currently showing.
Currently showing is Lee will graze the coast with some winds. They won't join until much later when Lee goes back out to the Atlantic.

Bermuda set for a hurricane party.
Lord have mercy!
Watch the water?
This is as reliable as a tictok recipe.
Yup those hurricanes sure missed each other by a couple thousand miles.

Do storms cause lightning, or does lightning cause the storm?
Hey! How exactly is a rainbow made? How exactly does a sun set? How exactly does a positrac rear-end on a Plymouth work? It just does.
Better update you prediction. Looks like model now has them going different directions.
